Butter Croissants // $4.00 We're so proud of these! Unlike a croissant you've ever tasted before, these start w/ a combo of spelt and whole wheat bread flour, a tiny bit of yeast and our sourdough starter. Made w/ 100% butter

Almond Croissants // $6.00 A yummy variation of our plain croissants, filled w/ almond frangipane and pastry cream and topped with unbleached almond slivers.

Pain Au Chocolate // $5.00 These babies are delicious. 4 full sticks of Callebaut semi-sweet chocolate. Bakeries typically only add two chocolate batons to their pain au chocolate!

Seasonal Danish // $5.00 Available in Sweet or Savoury

Cruffin // $5.00 Filled w: Housemade Jam, Custard or Organic Whipped Cream

Dark Chocolate Rye Brownies // $5.00 A fudge-y rye brownie made w/ 100% melted dark choco.

Honey Pecan // $5.00 A variation of our cinnamon rolls topped with a luscious caramel sauce and pecans.

Butter Tarts // $4.00 A traditional butter tart that is elevated with a red fife crust.

Sourdough

All loaves are naturally fermented sourdough made with freshly milled organic flour, salt and water.

Ontario Field Blend // $8.00

A combination of organic white flour, organic red fife whole wheat and organic rye. What we like to call our “everyday European” loaf. Perfect for sandwiches, toasting. Bit lighter in texture due to the organic white flour added. Lovely tangy flavour from the Rye flour and sourdough starter.

Weekly Rotation Loaf // $10.00

Changes weekly and we cycle through about 10-15 different flavours! Visit our social medias for regular updates

100% Kamut // $9.00

The Kamut loaf has a beautiful yellow interior with wonderful grassy, buttery notes. Kamut is an ancient grain that has many health benefits over modern wheat. We call this our GLUTEN-FRIENDLY (please note, not gluten free) because of the nature of this grain. Denser loaf, but really easy on the stomach.

Sprouted Rye Pan Loaf // $10.00

This is one of the healthiest and most delicious breads we make. It is made with organic spelt and rye flour, dark beer, buttermilk, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and flax seeds and most importantly sprouted rye berries. What gives this bread so much flavour and nutritional punch is the sprouted rye. When we sprout whole grains like rye, we change the grain from a complex sugar to a simple one thus making it much easier to digest! Perfect thinly sliced and made into an open faced sandwich.
